Gluten Free Garden

I am off to romantic Italy, dear readers!  In four hours I will be on a plane on my way to visit my darling little sister who is studying abroad in Rome.  Therefore, I will be out of the GlutenFreeGarden world for a week or so but I will be taking tons and tons of pictures (especially of the food) and will update as soon as I can!

Arrabbiatta or “Angry” style sauce is a traditional Italian tomato sauce full of fiesty flavor.  The “angry” comes from the addition of red chilies which add a fiery heat to an otherwise basic tomato sauce.
