Triumph Dining

Posted by Hannah on Jul 17, 2008 under Gluten-Free

I just stumbled across an excellent gluten-free resource!  Triumph Dining publishes a gluten-free restaurant guide, a gluten-free groceries guide and gluten-free dining cards.  The site also boasts a wonderful blog with many, many excellent tips and suggestions for gluten-free lifestyles.  I am ordering a copy of the restaurant guide which lists 32 gluten-free restaurants for the state of Iowa, as well as many national and regional chain restaurants.

NOTE: Please watch out for the allergens on the list, namely: eggs, nuts, whole-grain pasta (gluten, eggs), tofu (soy), and low-fat milk (lactose, casein).

Love,

H
